Not a course and not a prompt pack. These are the actual agents I run my store with every day.
Running a store solo means a hundred small tasks eat your week, and none of them grow the business.
Customer questions, order issues, and wholesale leads pile up. You answer the same things over and over, late at night.
A VA, a marketer, a support rep, and it adds up fast. So everything stays on your plate, and growth stalls.
Between fulfillment and support, the work that builds the brand (emails, PR, SEO, listings) keeps slipping to "someday."
These aren't demos. They're the exact agents I run every day across my stores. Here's what each one does, and what it gives back.
Nothing sends without your one-click approval. Every agent does the work, then drops it in your Trello board for review. You decide what goes out, what gets edited, and what gets skipped. A human stays in the loop on every single action.
Drafts replies to your customer support tickets for you to approve. It writes in your tone and reviews your past support tickets to learn your products, policies, and the way you handle support, so every draft comes with real context.
Opens your Gmail every morning and labels everything by priority: what needs a reply, what is PR, and what is just cold outreach, spam, or newsletters. It builds an unsubscribe list from senders you never engage with, sets up Gmail filters to auto-archive routine noise like FBA shipment emails and Etsy disbursements, and drafts replies to anything urgent. Actual inbox zero.
Generates a full email marketing calendar built around your industry, the holidays and moments you actually recognize, and what matters most to your business. Then it works in tandem with your Email Designer agent to turn each planned send into a drafted, previewed campaign for your review.
Designs full, mobile-responsive HTML emails that look beautiful on desktop and phone. No more emails that are just one big image, this is real, on-brand design that renders cleanly in every inbox. It pulls your buttons, links, and product images straight from your Shopify store, and slots into the pre-built sections in Omnisend or Klaviyo where it helps.
A wholesale discovery engine that finds more stores in your vertical that would be a great fit, gathers their contact details and social profiles into individual cards, and builds a dashboard so you can vet each one. Then it reaches out at scale through Gmail drafts and Faire messages, and works with your Inbox Triage Agent to keep replies organized and send thoughtful, customized follow-ups.
Stop hand-creating $0 orders in Shopify for influencer gifting and off-platform collabs. The bot creates the orders, applies the right discount, and tracks every gift, all on its own.
Writes SEO-friendly, accessible alt text for your product images, tracks your search performance, and hands you a short, plain-English list of what to fix each week. The SEO work that usually never gets done, done.
Scans the daily flood of HARO journalist requests, surfaces only the ones that fit your brand (like holiday gift guides), and drafts a ready-to-send pitch. It also knows the AI "gotcha" triggers some queries hide to catch bot-written pitches, so yours never falls for the trap.
Rewrites your titles, bullets, and descriptions in a natural brand voice that is built to convert, tuned to each marketplace's search and buyer. Instead of changing things blindly, it hands you a clear list of suggested fixes, so you decide what to improve, when you're ready, or skip what you don't want.
Share your COGS, AOV, and price points, and it bakes the best pricing and promo strategy around them, so every discount and bundle protects your margins. It also tracks the retail calendar (Amazon Prime Day, Father's Day, BFCM, and more) and builds a deals calendar so you are ready months ahead.
Runs on a routine you set, checking stock across Shopify, Amazon, Faire, and more, so you never run out and always have runway to reorder in time. Tell it how long your restock takes, and it factors that lead time in to recommend exactly what to order and when, based on your actual sales pace.

Monitors and polices the marketplaces where counterfeits and copycats hide, then drafts and files infringement and takedown submissions for you. It saves more hours than any other agent in the lineup and protects real revenue, without the legal busywork.
Finds and vets relevant creators, runs personalized outreach and gifting, and tracks every collaboration and deliverable in one place, so influencer marketing runs like a system, not a scramble.
A skill or prompt pack is a smarter set of instructions you still have to run yourself. An agent connects to your tools, runs the whole job end to end, and reports back. That's the difference between buying a manual and hiring an employee.
A folder of prompts you copy, paste, and babysit. The instructions get better. The doing is still all you.
A skill wired to your real tools, running the full workflow and posting the finished work back to one board.
Through Claude Code, each agent plugs into the apps you already run, Shopify, Gmail, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Faire, Ahrefs, and works with your live data, not a blank text box.
Triage the inbox, draft the reply, check the order, file the takedown. An agent chains the steps a prompt makes you do one at a time.
Every agent posts its finished work to one Trello board. You review and approve. The doing already happened.
Eleven agents sharing one command center, running your back office together, so you scale like a team without hiring one.
This isn't a vague "AI for ecommerce" ebook. It's the working setup, documented step by step.
The full instructions, prompts, and logic for every agent. Copy them straight into your own setup.
The exact prompts I use, written to be edited for your brand voice and product catalog in minutes.
Step-by-step guides showing how each agent connects to Shopify, Gmail, Gorgias, Faire, marketplaces, and your email tool.
A short fill-in template so every agent instantly sounds like your store, not a generic bot.
A simple sheet to see exactly how much time each agent is giving back to you every week.
As I refine and improve the 11 agents in your stack, you get every update free, forever. New premium agents are available as optional add-ons.
Get the full stack the moment you buy. No waiting, no "we'll email you." Open it and start.
Fill in the brand-voice worksheet and paste in your product details. The agents adapt to your store.
Every agent posts its work to one central Trello board. You review, approve, and track the whole stack from a single command center.

The Stack is a one-time $297 and gives back the same 40+ hours, week after week.
If you don't save 40+ hours a week, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked.
I run two Shopify stores of my own, an educational development company and a toys and games brand that together do seven figures, and for a long time I kept hitting the same wall: the day filled up with tasks that kept the lights on but never moved the business forward. Support tickets. Inbox triage. Newsletters I never sent. Wholesale orders I dreaded processing.
So I started building AI agents to take them off my plate, one at a time, refined through real orders and real customers. Together they save me 40+ hours a week. Other founders kept asking how I did it, so I packaged the whole stack up. This is it.
"I built these agents because I had to. There was no team and no budget, just me and a growing to-do list. They gave me my evenings back."
I am not selling theory. These are the agents I run on my own two Shopify stores every day. As other founders put the stack to work, their results will join mine here.
I run two Shopify stores doing seven figures, an educational brand and a toys and games brand, entirely on this stack.
These agents take 40+ hours of back office off my plate every week: support, inbox, email, wholesale, SEO, listings, and more.
Every agent was built and refined on real orders and real customers before I packaged it. Nothing here is theory.
Not a mockup. This is the Customer Support Reply Agent running on a live Gorgias inbox: it picks up a ticket, checks the order in Shopify, and drafts a reply in brand voice. Nothing is sent without your review.
The Stack is a one-time $297. Beyond that, here is exactly what you need to run it and what is optional. No surprises after checkout.
The two things every buyer needs to actually run the agents.
Tools the agents plug into. Most founders already pay for some, and several have free tiers. Use only what fits your store.
You connect the tools you already use. The Stack itself is the only thing you buy from Ecom Founders Stack, nothing here is an extra charge from us. See the "Works best with your stack" section above for the full list and links.
Not at all. Everything is documented in plain English with copy-paste prompts and step-by-step walkthroughs. If you can follow a recipe, you can set these up.
This is a do-it-yourself kit, not a done-for-you service. The agents and blueprints give you a massive head start, but there is real work on your side: customizing each agent, aligning it to your brand voice, and making sure it actually fits your products and business. The setup interview and walkthroughs guide you through all of it, and most founders get there in an afternoon, but you are the one setting it up and tailoring it to your store. If you want someone to do everything for you, this isn't that. Honestly, spending one afternoon to get weeks ahead is some of the best time you can spend as an entrepreneur. It pulls you out of the admin hole so you can get back to growing.
An instant digital download with all 11 agent blueprints, the full prompt library, setup walkthroughs for each tool (Shopify, Gmail, Gorgias, Faire, marketplaces, your email platform), a brand-voice worksheet, and an hours-saved tracker, plus lifetime access to updates.
Yes. The agents are built around universal ecommerce workflows: support, inbox, email, wholesale, collabs, SEO, press, listings, promotions, and inventory. The brand-voice worksheet and editable prompts let you adapt every agent to your products and tone in minutes.
The one requirement is a paid Claude Code plan (Anthropic's Claude), which is the AI agent these are built to run on. Beyond that, each agent plugs into one of the common ecommerce tools you probably already use. For example, the Customer Support Reply Agent works with Gmail, and also with Gorgias (a helpdesk that starts at $10 per month). Everything runs from a free Trello board as your command center. You connect the tools you have, and the walkthroughs show exactly how each agent fits in. See the "Works best with your stack" section above for the full list.
No. Ecom Founders Stack is built specifically for Claude and runs on Claude Code (a paid Claude plan from Anthropic). It is not designed for ChatGPT. Building on Claude is what lets these agents actually do the work, not just chat about it.
Most founders get their first agent running in under 30 minutes and the whole stack live in an afternoon. You can also roll them out one at a time. Start with the agent that'll save you the most time.
Yes, a 30-day money-back guarantee. Set up the agents, and if they don't save you real time, email me for a full refund. No hard feelings.
The Stack itself is a one-time $297, not a subscription. The only ongoing cost you can't skip is a paid Claude Code plan from Anthropic, which is the AI the agents run on. Everything else is optional and depends on which tools you connect: Trello (your command center) has a free plan that works, Gorgias starts at $10 a month, and tools like Shopify, Google Workspace, Klaviyo or Omnisend, Faire, and Ahrefs are ones you likely already pay for, several with free tiers. You only pay for what you actually use. See the "What it costs to run" section above for the full required-versus-optional breakdown.
The agents run through your own Claude Code setup and connect to your own accounts and tools, Shopify, Gmail, your helpdesk, and so on. Your data stays in the tools you already use; you are not handing it to a separate third-party platform we run. Each agent only has access to the accounts you choose to connect, and only does what you set it up to do. On top of that, every agent is human-in-the-loop: it drafts and prepares the work, but nothing is sent or changed without your one-click approval. You stay in control of what each agent can touch and what actually goes out.
That's exactly why every agent is built around one-click approval. Agents don't fire things off on their own; they do the work and drop it in your Trello board for review. You read the drafted reply, the listing change, or the outreach email, then approve it, edit it, or skip it. Because you are the final check on every action, a wrong draft is something you catch and fix before it ever reaches a customer, never something that goes out behind your back.
A few agents act directly inside Shopify (like the Collaborations and Gifting Bot that creates $0 orders), so you get the most out of the Stack with a Shopify store. But plenty of the agents are not Shopify-specific: the Inbox Triage, Customer Support, Email Marketing, HARO Press, Product Listing Optimizer (built for Etsy, Amazon, and Faire), and Inventory agents all work across marketplaces. If you sell on Etsy, Amazon, or Faire without Shopify, you'll still get real use out of most of the Stack, you just won't run the handful of Shopify-only workflows.
A prompt pack is a set of instructions you still have to run by hand, every time. You paste the prompt, copy the answer, and move it into your tools yourself, and nothing happens while you sleep. These are agents, not prompts. Through Claude Code they connect to your real tools, run the whole multi-step workflow end to end, and post the finished work to one board for your approval. The difference is buying a manual versus hiring an employee. See the "Agents, not prompt packs" section above for the full side-by-side.
There's no fixed release schedule; I update the agents as I refine and improve them in my own stores. When I improve any of the 11 agents in your Stack, you get that update free, forever, that's the lifetime updates promise. Brand-new, standalone premium agents (like the IP Infringement Master Agent and the Influencer Manager Agent) are optional paid add-ons, not part of the core 11, so they're a separate one-time purchase only if you want them.
Yes. The walkthroughs are written step by step in plain English to get you through setup on your own, but if you hit a wall, email me at [email protected] and I'll help you get unstuck. Support is over email.
The agents are built on Claude Code, so like any tool that runs on a platform, big changes upstream can occasionally mean something needs adjusting. The good news: the agents are documented in plain English and are yours to edit, so small tweaks are straightforward. And because lifetime updates are included, when something on Claude's side shifts in a way that affects the agents, I update the blueprints and you get the revised versions free.
If you don't save 40+ hours a week, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked.
